Painkillers

Now I know NSAIDs like ibuprofen should not be taken by pregnant or TTC women.
But what, apart from paracetamol, can we take?

As far as I know paracetamol is the only safe over the counter painkiller you can take , There are some prescription ones that might be safe but that you would have to ask your dr about.
