My baby is moving up to size 3 nappies and I'm faced with the choice of newborn (Which I've used til now) or baby dry. They look like 2s fit but she's above the top weight and leaking at night so I'm going to threes but wondered which are better? Or are they the same really

When buying pampers we used baby dry as they do hold wee better for longer. They're meant to go up to 12 hours whereas newborn not so long as they wake and are changed more frequently

I switched to baby dry as they're supposed to hold wee better so better for night time.

We switched to baby dry. They used to do 12 hours with dd. Ds sleeps 9 hours straight after his dream feed & the pampers do the trick.

I use aldi nappies during the day. I think pampers are too expensive to use all day.

Unless your baby is a heavy wetter I don't think it really matters. DS is 7 months and he is fine in a pampers newborn from 8pm to 7am with a dream feed overnight. That said we don't buy pampers we just had them because my mum bought a pack for us, I hate the chemical smell if you smell them. We find on the occasions we use disposables that aldi are just as good.

She soaks through a size 2 and she's in it from 9pm til 7am (although I've had to change her in the night recently because she's been so wet), I'll give baby dry a go I think

Whenever this happens - if try the next size up in baby dry. It doesn't mean you always need to go up a size in the day - just at night

We always go up a size at night about a month before changing in the day, DS is currently in size 4 at night (tummy sleeper) and is still comfortably in a 3 in the day

I just use supermarket brands day & night and never had a problem, pampers gave both mine horrible rash that didn't go until I changed brands
