Parcel2Go question

I need to send my pram tomorow via parcel2go but i got a quote for £17.71....
Am i doing it right?
I was hoping it would be cheaper
Its a silvercross 3D but it is only the pushchair part.

Also,i have nothing to pack it in...will they take it as it is?or should i put some bin liners over it?

It needs to be secure, as in well covered, doesn't need to be in a box, but it is better to be as its safer.

£17 seems expensive, I use another courier, Paisley Freight and they collected and delivered my babystyle pram cot and pushchair seat for £20..and that was really heavy.
