Hi, just wanted to check something with all you intelligent ladies. I have decided I am going back to work for 2 days a week in November. I will be going back Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In my previous contract, I am entitled to 20 days holiday + bank holidays and 1 days extra holiday per year I have worked there. My question is, will I still be entitled to 8 bank holidays, even though I'm not working on a Monday? Also, with my extra hols (2 at the minute, 3 as of Jan) with I be entitled to those in full? I hope that makes sense, just want to know what I am entitled to before I go back.
