Yep im currently doing it now, I LOVE it, because i have allergies and intolerances I cant do specific Diet Plans for specific foods, so because this isnt a count points or syns, or have so many bananas today type of plan I love it.
The Cd's really work as do the exercises in the book.
Ive always comfort ate and the book and plan have really helped me to ease that a bit. I did it last year and lost a stone in 4 weeks, but taking it a bit easier this time, as i think i did too much to quick last year! (walking everyday, eating salad, drinking pints of water and not eating a lot else lol, not the way to do it!) x
