Is anyone TTC their second with PCOS?

I was diagnosed a few months before I fell pregnant because I wasn't having any periods (4 months without) and managed to conceive quickly with Clomid. After my son was born my cycles became quite regular and blood test showed no sign of PCOS! But in the past couple of months they have become longer, last one was 6 weeks and at 5 weeks i'm currently waiting for this one...

My question is, am I likely to be ovulating 2 weeks before my AF regardless of how long my cycles are? I dont think OPK's work for me because I get random multiple positives in a month (common with PCOS)

We're not actively trying yet but i'd like to know what i'm dealing with for when we are so anyone with similar experience would be great!

Hi!! I literally started researching this today as even though we aren't TTC right now, we would def. want to start within the next year or so.

My cycles returned quickly after I had my daughter and were regular at first then my cycles started getting longer though still semi-regular, for me at least. I did see a fertility specialist a few weeks back just to find out a bit more since I found out a month or 2 prior to starting femara, which I got pregnant the first cycle. There wasn't much testing that could be done as I'm still breastfeeding once a day, though they did do an ultrasound that showed I had some follicles or cysts. He stated that it seemed mild based on the fact that I do get a period and there were a limited amount of "cysts". The only advice he could give based on that was to stay on a low carb diet and exercise until I'm done bf then they will do testing.

I forgot to ask at the appt. but have the same question of am I ovulating at some point since I do get my period sometimes? I do track my periods and am using ovulation strips to see if there is some sort of correlation between when I get a positive strip to when I get a period. I'll keep you updated!
