Been looking on amazon at PCOS books about nutrition, diet and coping with the problems associated. Have any of you sufferers bought any of these and recommend them?x

I know alot of people recommend the zita west books! Ive not bought or tried any of them myself..but some women swear by them

I have not bought any of the PCOS books yet, but there are a few that are saved in my "want to buy" folder!
