PCOS mid-cycle clots/brown discharge ???? TMI!!

Hi ladies,

So it's about mid-cycle for me and a few days ago I started mild mild mild cramping and then the brown spotting started and today when I went to the bathroom and I wiped there was a huge clot... What could this be from? Ovulation? Cyst rupturing? :shrug

TMI here's a photo of the clot...it looks red in photo but in real life it was more brown, and no it's not my period cause it's so light it doesn't even fill a panty liner.

I used to get these all the time it can be from reputured cyst or I used to get spotting with clots if I had cysts on my ovaries.

Thanks! I've never had clotting like this before but I do have PCOS �� I'm pretty sure I had a ruptured cyst cause I did have small cramping during this time as well.
