PCOS OPK Progression

I have PCOS and a recent scan showed lots of immature follicles so I was told it's unlikely i'm ovulating. My cycles are pretty irregular but I had a normal period starting on the 1st Feb. On the 12-13th Feb I had EWCM so did an OPK both days out of curiosity and they were negative. On the 14th I did another OPK and got what I think is a positive. Is it possible that I ovulated normally this month? I know that OPK's aren't reliable when you have PCOS but the all the signs of a normal cycle are there and the 2 negative OPK's didn't pick up any elevated LH, so I don't know.Pics of the 3 tests below...

Thanks for the comments! I have been OPK testing sporadically since that positive and not picked up another surge so i'm hopeful that my wacko ovaries are functioning somewhat normally! I know a surge can happen with no ovulation in PCOS though, so who knows!
