Pcos & premature babies

Anyone know how common it is to have premature babies in women who have pcos

I have pcos and I'm 33 weeks and my cervix is already starting to thin out I see my dr later see what she has to say about my cervical length. It's not to short 2.7 cm

Just seeing if any of you ladies have any info on preterm labor and pcos

i have pcos and have never heard of that. My 1st my waters went at 39 weeks and im still pregnant now. My friends that all have pcos have never gonna birth early. Your not far off term so hopefully baby will hang on a bit

I have pcos and I gave birth at 30+2 to my son due to incompetent cervix. Not sure if it's related.

I have PCOS and I'm still pregnant !
No idea if it's related at all, at least I've never heard of it.

I have PCOS and there is no link between it and premature birth x

I have PCOS and was induced at 41+6 with my first. I also don't think PCOS and premature birth are related.

i have Pcos too hun, still preggers at 36+2 i've never heard of pcos causing prem babies either x

Thank you ladies, you can get lost in the internet researching things lol, my cervix is still closed today and at 2.4 cm length so dr is just going to keep monitoring me I have another scan in lil over a week, and we will see what that shows in the meantime my dr said desk duty only at work (Im constantly on my feet at work) and strict pelvic rest, and if I have any cramPing at all I have to go to the hospital so just a waiting game now but he needs to stay put for a little bit longer

Like all the other ladies, I too have PCOS. I've not heard that there is a link between PCOS and premature babies. As you can see by my ticker, I'm full-term and still pregnant. Don't stress yourself out, hon!
