Is stress urinary incontinence(peeing a little when you sneeze) an early sign of pregnancy? Its embarrassing. I'm a few days late and waiting until Friday to test btw

It might be especially if you already have the urge to urinate frequently.

I guess I might be peeing more than usual. And its not gross pee like a urinary tract infection. Its very clean and light. Sorry if that's tmi. But its strangely clean and I'm not drinking any more water than usual

I have stress related incontinence so I know what my body can and can't handle. If that is abnormal for you or just recently started then I'd take notice of it some more.

If you laugh really hard...does it happen?
Drinking alcohol....does it happen?

I know if I laugh hard and lose control it might. I also know that alcohol runs through me very quickly.

I'd just be more aware of when it happens otherwise it might be a good sign.

Its has happened occasionally over the years since my last pregnancy. My daughters are aged 6 & 8. But its gotten bad these last few days. Like almost every time I sneeze and I'm battling allergies really bad right now.
