I can't believe that I am in my 3rd Tri from today

Does that mean that now, I have to start thinking about a birth plan , what to put in my hospital bag and making sure that I have everything ready for my LO fairly soon?!

Well, I do like to be pretty organised.. I think the birth plan just seems a little scary as that means I have to look into all the medical stuff!
