I've seen a few books and PG yoga DVDs that recommend pelvic floor exercises (kegels) while you're PG. They say this will help you push out the baby when the time comes and get your VJ back in shape better after the fact.
I'm eager to do whatever I can to get my VJ as close to normal as possible post-delivery, but it just isn't clicking for me... won't doing kegels now make things tighter and therefore harder to deliver? Anybody else know anything about this?
I'm doing them for now, just in case! 20 every time I go to the loo (when I remember).
