Just wondering how many girls actually do them?
I seriously try but to be honest its very very rare that I actually do them and now Im worrying as this is my 3rd pregnancy and I dont want to be,erm how can we phrase this,,,'big' :haha: down there!

Do you think its best to do these during prenancy or after?

my friend had a prolapsed uterus after giving birth, this scares the begeezus out of me soI try to but keep forgetting.

oh god that is scary I'll have to try a bit harder to remember now!!!!

I do them when I remember! I remember after havin Aimee I couldn't physically do any...I thought my pelvic floor was knackered for life lol kinda scares me so try n do some every day

My midwife told me to start doing them a few weeks back. I'm meant to do them 3 times a day but usually only remember twice a day.

its best to do them during pregnancy and after as it really helps :flower: 3-5 sets a day is ideal, and considering they only take about 20 seconds to do its worth it, the easiest way to remember doing them is do to them every time you go to pee :haha:

Argh! this is scary! I am useless at doing them. Tena lady here I come!
nah, seriously, I think I might try a little harder after baby is born. They actually sell something in boots to help with postnatal foof exercises, good eh! I'm buying! x

I do so many everyday, although i have to concentrate really hard at them and cant just stand in a shop doing them descretely like some people.

yes i do them regularly for many years now, i hope it helps me when it's most needed lol

I do them most days my waters broke last time when i was doing them which may have been just a coincident but i keep doing them hoping it sets me off. |Plus am conscious that when i sneeze i have to cross my legs which i dont want to be doing after LO arrives!!

I did about 100 a day in total on my bus journey to work with my last pregnancy all the way from 12weeks and I never got that falling out feeling after the birth that my friends had nor any leakage when I sneezed or laughed and I could actually do one straight after the birth, so it was well worth it! This time though I haven't been so religious with it and have just done some every so often when I think about it!

I always forget, then when i am doin them i become distracted and forget. Oops

lol every time this comes up on my user CP I do some more lol KEEP POSTING :haha:

That is the exact feeling that I wanna avoid, I really must do them more. I do loads some days then miss a day or so, then remember to do them :dohh:

I've just started maternity leave and promised myself I will do them everyday now!

i dont do them...i tried once and it made me cringe...wont need to worry after either as i more than likely have to have a section so my bits will stay in shape lol x
