I have done everything right for the last 6 months. I have timed intercourse perfectly (using CBFM and OPK) I know when I ovulate and I :sex: 4-5 times around ovulation, yet still no :bfp:

Does this mean there is more than likely a problem? If I have done everything right and timed it perfectly every cycle, then why am I still not pregnant? My friends and family have proven it to be very easy to get pregnant. Everywhere I look is people talking about babies or having a baby. Why is it working for everyone apart from me? Everyone keeps asking me when I am having children as I have been married almost a year and a half and I feel so angry. It's like "HELLO I AM TRYING MY BEST, I CAN'T HELP IT THAT I AM INFERTILE" :dohh:

There must be a problem 6 months on right???

I am not sure how the cbfm works as I just used opks.

When you get a positive or close +opk, are you getting in some bd before the positive and also for the next 3 days following the positive?:flower:

I am in the same boat and looking into what could be wrong. It is really frustrating when everyone around u is onto they're second pregnancy and u can't get pregnant with ur first. I lied to the doctors and said I have been trying for a year coz I want answers now not in another 6 months. My cousin had a D&C (not from miscarriage but to remove old lining) and fell pregnant the next month. I hope it's something similar for me. Have u looked into getting hormone levels checked? Not that I'm saying something could be wrong i think the average no. of ttc cycles on FF is 8 months but it's better to find out sooner if there is.

I know how frustrating it can be hun :hugs:

Even the slightest thing "wrong" in your normal life - like smoking, eating habits, not getting enough water, stress, etc can delay pregnancy. I know you have probably heard this all before hehe. Your time will come - just remember there is a reason why you wait until the 1 year mark to look for fertility issues. I know it seems like everyone around us is getting pregnant - but 6 months is nothing to get worked up about. It will just make TTC more stressful hun.

I am sure as far as fertility issues go you are fine :) :hugs: It sucks sometimes but we all have to keep staying positive :) :dust:

The thing is we try to BD every other day and when I get a + OPK and CBFM, we go ever day for 2-3 days.

But knowing when I am going to ovulate makes it impossible to BD the day before, as I know it can be 12-36 hours.
Maybe you girls could help me.

I have a 31 day cycle every month for the last 6 months. I have been getting a PEAK day at 6AM on CD16 every month. We usually BD around 7PM that day (although if CD16 is on a weekend, we usually BD during the day)

So to be clear I get High days from CD12 and then get a PEAK on CD16. I always test around 6AM every morning. So when do you suggest BD'ing? I would do anything for October to be the month. We should get DH :spermy: tests back by then.
