Period 5 days late... negative tests

I got brown spotting today, so BF took me to the hospital ER tonight (yes he's on edge too! ). Nothing much, took some blood tests, don't know the results yet.
I got a very slight positive on the test this morning.

I guess, it might be a bean that didn't stick well, and with my hormone levels decreasing, my period will eventually come through.

Yaa well that happens. Symptoms were hard yesterday, today seem a bit easier. Boobs still sore, but headache and nausea are less, could eat some real stuff.

I am now 10 days late and a frer negative test just now. I don't know what is going on but I'm worried

Did you know 100% when you ovulated? Are you doing OPKs or temping? More likely you ov'd late x

no I don't temp or do ovulation tests but I can feel it and my calender is always spot on. I've never been more than 2-3 days late. 2 weeks is insane for me.

I got blood taken last night at the lab. apparently the results may be in today.

No, I'm not pregnant. I'm pretty upset but I know my husband and I will get pregnant with a second child soon.
Now I just worry what's going on with my body since it's 16 days late
