Just looking to get some thoughts. Af arrived last Sunday (so one full week). It was normal flow, normal color. I am still having lightly red tinted mucus which is unusual to have any af remaining after 7 days. I'm usually about 5 days. I'm feeling extremely forgetful, but that could be due to lack of sleep. I decided to use an internet cheapie this afternoon and swear I see a vvfl. Could lack of sleep affect length of af?

Oh i see that. How strange. Did you test again.
My af used to alwsys last 5 6 days max. But now it can last 8 days.

Sleep shouldn't affect it. Did you watch it run? I ask because I often watch my tests develop, and I notice some of my ics will take longer for the urine to saturate. Then the dye runs realllly slowly across the test. I also end up with a false, pink line when this happens and the test will be tinged pinker than usual. I don't see a line but I am on my comp vs phone though
