period has gone haywire also taking B6 & questions about OPK

Normally my period has a normal flow but this month its very light ? Its day 3 and im on a pantie liner ? I tested neg before period ( I couldn't wait) should I consider this a period ? And still count my days for OPKs ? The doc says a peeiod is a period no matter how many days. Also since I ovulate very late I started taking B6 on day 1 I read iy helps assist*fertility, from lengthening luteal phase, can this be related to spotty period ? Please ladies anything will help.

If it is full red flow then it is cycle day 1, if it's brown/spotty then it isn't. I have heard b6 lengthens it too but I don't know if it can interfere with your period. I take b6 and mine is as heavy as always. Hope that helps.
