period like cramp...

I'm at work and all of a sudden i get this period like cramp. I thought maybe i just had to go to the bathroom but that wasn't it, I'm at the poiny I can barely stand right now. Any ideas?

I have a lot of period like cramps on and off and somedays worse than others and can be very normal in pregnancy. As long as ypu are not getting tightenings and back pain at the same time then should be your baby getting ready for labour
