Period like pain 38+5

Last couple of days I've had very painful periodlike pains in my lower back and bump. It's not coming and going like BH it's constant for maybe an hour before it ease of. I've had these before in the pregnancy but this is alot more painful.
Also today my arm is aching so much like I've been working out!

Anyone else have this who's nearly due just to but my mind at rest xx

Yeh I've had for a couple weeks now Hun, getting more intense now tho. It got me all excited at first but he's still tucked up in there let's hope It means something for us soon xx

I blame the constipation!

I do get these though. I'm not going to get excited until they're timeable and my bump tightens at the same time.
