Morning everyone :)

I have been experiencing period cramps since way before my BFP (one of the reasons I suspected I was pregnant) and I still have them now. They are quite constant with short breaks throughout the day. I also have wind alot so I suppose that's not helping.

The aching period pains are also in the tops of my legs just like I get when I have my period. I am real worrying that something is wrong.

I am getting the period like cramps and now and ahain I get the ache in the tops of my legs, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about :) ( I hope anyway)
Think it's just our bodies changing :)

I had this with my first pregnancy. I actually get these period pains at the end of my period on my legs every cycle. I have now had these pains for a couple days and am a couple days Late, but not testing a few more days. From what I remember its normal :)

I get period cramping at the top of my legs day before period and the first day of period or so. I had the light cramping until 7 weeks now I have some nausea in the morning and oh sooo bloated. It's normal!

Oh it's normal and nothing to worry about unless it makes you lean forward like a contraction would, if that's the case... Seek medical advice xx

Thank you everyone for the replies. It's very reassuring to know others feel the same and all is well.x

I've gotten the achey legs and cramps on and off as well this pregnancy, and so far everything is ticking along fine. Heard the bean's hb today on Doppler :).

Thank you ladies! I have them today too but not as much as other days. How strange that when they go... we worry why they have gone?

I have midwife appt tomorrow and I will mention them to her to put my mind at rest.

this is my first pregnancy and i can remember i had that but it wasnt for a long time. i say its very normal as well as having menstrual like cramps in the area i would feel them if i had my period. i believe it's completely normal--because i still experience all kinds of pains during my pregnancy from horrible gas pains to baby kicking hard to achey back and hip that made me feel like i have broken my body... i even had horrific chest pains that made me wheeze and the doctor did tests and my blood labs were perfect and she concluded its just caused by my uterus pushing up. those pains went away on their own thank the Lord because i could barely eat
