Period pains mid cycle?

Weird question considering I've been pregnant before and should know this but I cant remember for the past 2 days I have had mild period like tightenings now I am either ovulating this week, this weekend or next week no idea which. I have taken an ovulation test and it was negative any idea what it is?

hey i dont think your alone on this one neither hun i see this post is old never mind iv also taken an ovulation test and showed no signs of ovulation even tho i experienced period pains during my mid cycle also i had no fertile CM to indicate i had ovulated neither around my time of cramping im on agnus castus and i stopped it due to thinking my gutt instinct of ovulating cause i was worried and then experienced my cramps for no reason so i guess your not alone when it comes to thinking youve not ovulated during the cramping i know this doesnt help much but your not alone hun ..
