Period pains?!

OKay, I don't really take things easy I admit that, I'm out to proove that you can be active (by working) etc etc and be healthy & happy and the baby be healthy & happy too.
But yesterday I was driving with the finance back home and I had period pains?! All where the baby is and all in my back?! What the hell? I got home and got into bed and just lied there with a hot water bottle and tired to sleep this morning I woke up it's still there but not as bad.
I'm scared I've had a MMC & a MC before I don't want my baba to leave us too.
It's not like the normal aches where the baby is making room either, i don't know what to do? I am feeling really miserable as it's 6 months today we lost our last baby but it can't be that?

i still have slight period pains now and before they were a lot worse, i spoke to my MW and she said it is the uterus strething. As long as there isnt any blood then u should try not to worry

I have had pains throughout too and am working like crazy at the moment and walking miles each day....I cant see it being a problem, if anything its gotta be a good thing as its all practise for when bubs arrives! x

I've had period-like cramping since before my BFP which has just started to ease now. The last few days I have been experiencing a quite heavy aching right down low, like I would during the first few days of AF. But I am trying not to worry. Like Donna says, as long as there isn't any blood, I'm assuming all is okay. Hope it's alright for you hun x
