period pains

so AF hasnt come back yet (YAY) BUT I keep getting really bad period type pains!! do you think you could still get the pains but not the period every month?? I'm a bit confused as I've never had period pains before and only discovered what they felt like during pregnancy lol

i'm wondering this too...I don't get horrible pains, but I get mild pains that feel like the beginning of a period, but there's no blood...
