Period very early...?

Hello, so I just wrapped up my 4th cycle off of the NR. My first 3 cycles were 33, 28 and 35 days long. This last one that I just finished was only 22 days long as the witch surprised me late last night/early this morning. Definitely not implantation or anything as it was quite heavy. Hopefully, it's not a cause for concern and it's just my body continuing to regulate itself. I also work night shift and I'm constantly switching back and forth between daytime/night-time sleep. I would think this would have some impact on my cycles. Anyone else have experience with this?
