Period was only three days?

WTF is going on with my body, lol. My period was two days late and only lasted three days. Day one and three were very light, two was heavy, heavier then usual & now I have a bad headache, feel nauseas, and have sore boobs. I started charting this cycle and they are not temps that would indicate pregnancy (97.4, 97.5, and 97.7). So what do ya think is going on, cause it sure is driving me crazy, lol.
