Periods 6 days late...

So this is our second month ttc and my periods 6 days late. I did a test on Sunday and was negative, tested Monday morning and was negative and again Monday evening was negative. I had very very very light bleeding for 3 days on the 22nd October (period was due 7th November) so I considered maybe it was implantation bleeding? Been feeling sick and very emotional. Got a docs appointment tomorrow morning hoping they can test again for me. I'm not stressed or ill so not sure why it's late. Can someone please tell me there's still hope that I could be pregnant, just to keep me going until tomorrow

Sounds like you possibly could be pregnant. Fingers crossed for you

I'm a 1-2 weeks late & have two negatives only possible symptoms are slight tiredness, occasional cramps & achy b's
