PG symptom or am I crazy??

Ok, for the last 2 days, when I wake up early in the morning to take my temp it feels like I have a giant ball of mucous in my throat (gross, I know). It makes me feel like I have to swallow it down but it doesn't go away when I do swallow. It also makes me want to hurl when I swallow.

I'm pretty sure it's not some sort of throat infection because I feel fine apart from a little bit of a blocked nose. My throat doesn't hurt.

My other symptoms are sore boobs, which have been bothering me for the past 3 days or so.

Do you think it could be linked to a possible bfp coming my way, or am I just dreaming? Lol

Hey ladies.
I'm on cd #18 and I too feel like I am getting a cold. Maybe because I'm getting sick or maybe this is my lucky month???
I also noticed more saliva since yesterday. What do you think?
Could it be a sign?
