pg symptoms so soon after confirmed 0 HCG

So I had a miscarriage in Feb and was confirmed 0 HCG on March 6th. Positive that I O'd on the 7th. We dtd but he pulled out on the 6th.....as we were going to give my body some time....and us some time. A week later I started having obvious pg symptoms all over again. Fatigue, backaches, pulling pinching, tender breasts, waking to pee (last two nights), increased cm (yellow creamy and lotiony).

So my question, cause I was not expecting any of this, could this be my rainbow or just PMS after mc? (I have tested last night, but I am only 10 DPO today, so I know it is still early)

I don't want to read and run, but I don't have a lot to tell you. I can tell you my HcG was 0 as of 2-24-15- I had a blood test because my DH thought I was preg, then I got my BFP 3-14-15, and my HcG was 673 mIU/ml as of 3-15-15 @ what I thought was 14DPO.

I guess my point is wait a couple more days and test again because you never know.
