Phantom AF?

I'm 43. We have been TTC for 3 months now. I've only been doing OPK tests for 2 months. This month, I definitely detected an LH surge on March 6. (CD 24) I have never had a cycle longer than 28 days. I was shocked that I O'd so late.
I am 4 days late for AF. I've never been this late before. I have had 4 days of cramping, nausea, headache, tired etc. I feel like my period is here but there is nothing happening. I can feel stuff flowing but it's not blood coming out of me. I've had a tiny bit of discharge that looked orange in color. I keep going to the bathroom expecting to see blood, but no. I jokingly told my coworkers about my "ghost period" and they said "you're pregnant!" I've one negative hpt yesterday.
I don't know what to think.

You're not 4 days late if you O'd on Mar 6. Luteal phase is 12 days. Your period is due on 3/18

Thanks. Maybe all this "ghost period" stuff is inplamantation? The first day of my last period was Feb 11. I've never been more than 28 days before. That's why I'm so confused.
