    • Mushrooms
    • Philadelphia
    • 1-2 eggs
    • Bread Crumbs

    1. You will need a deep fat fryer or a deep frying pan filled with oil.

    1. Wash mushrooms & dry off with kitchen paper
    2. Take stems out of the mushrooms
    3. With clean hand fill the mushrooms with philadelphia
    4. Roll each stuffed mushroom into the beaten eggs then into the bread crumbs
    5. Cook all mushrooms philadelphia side up
