my 2.5 year old woke up with a nasty looking pimple on her upper lip it has a big white head on it. What could this be because she seems far too young for spots ha. Virus maybe? She's in good form apart from a blocked nose that she has. Any ideas?

It could be a cold sore? The vast majority of the population are exposed to HSV-1 as young kids but are usually asymptomatic. Not a big deal if it is a cold sore, it'll go away in a few days, just don't let her pick at it as they can spread.
