pins and niddles in top of belly

i am 22 weeks pregnant and am feeling really rubbish over the last 4 weeks i have had pin and needles in the top of my belly just under mt bra on my right side it is so so painful cant even lean forward and it never goes away also there is a really sharp pain just to the side of my right shoulder blade and i am very tired all the time.
