Pitaryasis Rosea

Hi! I'm about 5w1d along with #2. I'm one of those rare people who suffer recurrent outbreaks of pitaryasis rosea. My second outbreak was diagnosed last fall with a skin biopsy. This would be my 4th occurrence. I usually get it after a cold. Looking online there is mixed info with medical journals and sites not being so positive but a bunch of pregnant women seem to have had this and have delivered healthy babies (anecdotally through forums and such.) I plan to bring it up with my nurse appt over the phone on Tuesday but does anyone have experience with this. Where I'm at, my first OB appt isn't until 10 weeks.

Thanks for checking up! The nurse is going to run it past the doctor today. Luckily since my rash is recurring, it's not as bad as the first time I got it so maybe that's in my favor. The nurse said there really hasn't been that many studies done on it to say for sure if there is a risk. She said sometimes the dr will prescribe antivirals so we'll see what the dr says today.
