Hey ladies, I was wondering if anyone in the United States can suggest a good play yard for baby/toddler. I have a mastiff so I can't just put him on the floor to play with his toys. The dog is great with him but she doesn't realize that she is 130 pounds and would be too rough with him. I never ever put them near each other without being right there.

Anyway, if anyone with experience with play yards could point me to a good one I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

The graco and chicco brands are pretty popular and generally good quality. Specific models are mostly down to personal taste and how minimalist vs full featured you want. If you plan to travel with it, more minimalist (ie. lightweight, straightforward to set up) is good, if you plan to always leave it set up at home, you might appreciate more features like changing table, hanging toys, music, etc.

You might consider strategically placing baby gates in your house too. As your baby gets older, they will likely not want to be confined while playing, so you could give some parts of your house to your dog and some to your toddler. That's what we do with our large dog, then we can choose when they interact.
