Unfortunately I'm going to have to say evap. There are two different kinds of evaps with those equate and target brand blue dye tests that you have. Every blue dye test of the brand you used has resulted in an evap for me, except for when I actually got pregnant (bright blue line, more blue than the control line). The first kind of evap is a super thin but very blue line, and the second is a light blue/gray line as thick as the control line. I would either wait two days (as hard as it is) and retest with a blue dye test to see if it gets darker (if it gets darker or takes on more blue tone then you most likely have a BFP) or you can get a pink dye test and test today. Pink dye tests are much more accurate. Even the dollar store tests work really well (plus they're very cheap!). I'd recommend springing for a FRER, or buying tests from the dollar store. Or like I said you can use another blue dye test after two days.
Good luck!
