Please explain

Can someone explain cervix positions, when I read it on here it refers to high or low? I've never paid much attention to positions, but thought I would try it.
Does high refer to it moving back and being hard to reach? And low being just inside and easier to reach?

The reason I ask is I am 14 dpo and yesterday it was just inside, this morning I had some cramps which I thought to be AF but it never came, my cervix moved way back and could hardly find it. I have now got back ache also?

Hi Hun,
I used to always check my cervix and google it... but then I came across a website that sed .... it didnt matter about CP So i stopped checking but I did read that when you are preg by the time you getta bfp it rises... FX for you.. x
