PLEASE HELP I need advice faint line pregnancy test

Hello my lovely 2ww ladies

I am in a pickle and would really love your advice. I am 10dpo today and have had symptoms on an off (stuffy nose, fatigue, nipple soreness, and most consistently lower back pain).

I could not wait ANY longer, and took one of those internet pregnancy tests this morning. I have EPT but its the kind that says to test the day of the missed period, so I dont want to waste it since I'm 4 days till my AF. ANYWAYS, I got a faint positive (I think...). I HAVE ATTACHED THE PIC!! I wanted to know if any of you experts out there could interpret this. This month is my first month TTC and I am clearly a novice.
