Please help if you can?

For anyone who has experience/think they might be able to help. Does it look like I should go to the doctors?

My cycle lengths have been 43, 37, 43, 39, 30, 28, 30, 30, 25

And ever since the first 30 one I have had 2,3 or 4 days of spotting before my period properly starts. Also I normally have very heavy periods with a lot of pain but the last one and the one I'm currently on are very light with hardly any pain except from sharp twinges now and then in my ovary area.

Does it sounds like cysts or anything else? Is it something I should make an appointment for or is this normal?

I would go if I were you. Mine is more regular than that, and they told me I was irregular. They could definitely give you something that could help! Good luck!
