Please help I'm so confused

Went in yesterday for my first apt they did an ultra sound and the dr informed me that I had no fetal pole and said I'm going to miss carry they did blood work and today I just got a call the dr telling me I need to have an emergency ultrasound because my levels were way to high for what she seen on the ultra sound so what is going on I should only be 4w2d and the gasteral sac measured to be 6w with no fetus yet they say I'm still pregnant cause my hcg levels risen extremely high and before I found out I was pregnant I had major abdominal pain please help has any one gone threw this also

So sorry your going though this. I didn't want to read and run but maybe it's better if you post this on pregnancy first trimester section. They might be able to help more.
