im feeling really low. I came off the pill 3 months ago and have bled every two weeks apart ftom this time when it was 3 weeks. I havent bled properly just very lightly or spotting everytime. this time I am getting cramping. had a small bleed yesterday and now its only when I wipe. why is my body doing this? I cant understand whsts happening. it didnt do this when we were ttc ds

Give it some more time. I've seen loads of women on here talking about messed up cycles after coming off the pill. How long were you on it?
