Please help me

Ok ladies, an update....any advice

I am 6 weeks pg, been having a bit of cramping but no spotting/bleeding etc.

Was seen by sonographer on FRi, where nothing was seen at all!

Bhcg has now been tested FRI:163 SUN:227

This is doubling every 4.2 days!

What might this mean, im worried sick. I have to go for another scan tomorrow morning

Can anyone help please?! xx

I don't have much experience but I'm sure there's a good chance everything will be ok. From what I've read on here in general sometimes it's difficult to see the baby that early on, and then they go back a week later and bam it's there! I get my first scan next week so I'm a bit nervous and understand why you would be too. I've been having a lot of cramping/sharp twinges but apparently that's just growing pains and is completely normal.

I had a scan at 5+4 last week and they could see a gestational sac and yolk sac, did they say they couldn't see anything at all? X
