please help opinions needed?????

ok so im 10 weeks my lmp was on the 11/11/11 i got a positive on 3 pregnancy tests on the 29/11/11 ive had no bleeding at all since the 13/11/11
so ive seen doctor on the 3/12/11 and midwife on the 29/12/11 and 13/1/11
they have only done urine test and paper work and bp
anyway so tuesday night i started getting really bad lower abdominal pains like twice as bad as period pains no bleeding at all, i rang nhs direct and they said see how it is in the morning had a hell of a night in so much pain no better in the morning so rang gp as both midwives phones switched off!!
anyway gp said go to a n e so i did and they did two preg tests both positive i have no sign of infection they did bloods and said all normal, so here where it gets worrying
i was on gynae and the doctor did an internal examination and some swabs which where fine it was so painful though, then he said ok we will do a scan now im a ftm so never seen a scan
all i saw was a small black hole with nothing in it and im saying about as big as a penny, then he tried to do it vaginally and still nothing well this is what he said
that he can see im pregnant but no baby or heartbeat so maybe im only 4 weeks but its not a very good scanner so i will try and book you in for a proper scan on friday?????
now im really confused and dont know what to do or think im still in the same if not more pain and twice as worried and confused?
i told him about that cant be right because of when i got a positive test and he didnt seem bothered im really scared opinions please

Hiya, so sorry you are going through this - so you say on the scan they couldn't see anything? It may be you conceived later than you thought or it may be that baby didn't grow (not saying that this is what happened I'm just thinking of possibilities). Sadly you can't do much right now until you get another scan so please try and rest and put your feet up!

Do you have pregnancy symptoms, sickness, fatigue etc?

I'll be crossing fingers for you love, keep us updated and I hope everything is ok xx

i have had a bit of m/s and can smell everything, peeing for england and very emotional but thats it, i wud be ok if i hadnt had a positive pregnancy test when i did plus it was clearblue digi and said i was 2-3 wks which is 3-4 by the doctors so worried
