    Hello ladies,
I am visiting from second trimester. I am 22 weeks currently and today noticed a very small ( pea sized) clear mucus on wiping with toilet roll. Was that the mucus plug or discharge and do mucus plugs regenerate ? I have No pains / bleeding and can feel the baby move.
Really scared as I have had previous losses.

Mucus plug can and does regenerate. Also, discharge changes a ton throughout pregnancy so try not to worry!

I've been losing mucus plug since week 18...nothing to worry about. Yours was clear, so even better. And yes, it does regenerate which is another reason why fluid increase is encouraged.
