just wondering how many ladies here had suffered a mc before they made it the the third tri, we just lost our first child at 6 weeks pregnant so looking for reasurrance thank u xx
p.s how long was u told to wait before you started trying again x

Hi hun,

First of all I am really sorry for your loss! I had a mmc in june, the baby had died at 6+2 weeks but it wasn't until I was over 8 weeks that we knew something was wrong, finally I had a d and c at around 10 weeks. I know how devastating a loss can be, we started trying again straight away and got a bfp after just one af and am here now. I have worried every second with this pregnancy and to be honest have found it quite stressful. As I am sure you have been told, one mc doesn't mean that you will always have problems but make sure you take the time to grieve and that you are ready emotionally to try again. Look after yourself hun xxx

I had a mc last year at 9 weeks, however it didnt hit me as hard as it does others. Maybe because i already had my son to focus on. Im really sorry for your loss, as you can see theres plenty of hope, dont give up!! Best wishes hun xxxx

I had 3 miscarriages last year - chemical in Feb, MMC in April at 10 weeks resulting in a D&C, then another early mc at 5 weeks in August. Got pg again right away after that one, and here I am! There deffo is light at the end of the tunnel, keep your hopes up xx

I had a mc 3 years ago. then after a lap and dye got told i would never conceive as my tubes where blocked. my 24 day old baby is currently sleeping in my arms. SO you have hope. sorry for your loss

So sorry for your loss, having a misscarrage is probably the most painful thing ive been through. I lost mine at 6 weeks, then 8 weeks later fell pregnant, im now in the third tri x

I had a MC in February 2009 at 6 weeks... and I found out I was pregnant in October 2009. Just made it to 3rd tri and, despite all my worrying, everything is going wonderfully!

I had a mc last April at 7 weeks and then again in August, again at 7 weeks.... you don't realise quite how common it is.

I had a mc at 10 weeks with my first pregnancy and was really worried that the same would happen this time, I didn't really calm down & accept it was real until I got to 2nd tri, and even now I have my moments.

Sorry for your sad loss. It is incredibly worrying second time round and I had a couple of private scans for reassurance. Had mmc at 12 weeks last time and to see hb at 7 weeks then proper little baby at nuchal at 13+5 was fabulous - nerve wracking and tear inducing but fabulous.
There's no way to get through it other than day by day, week by week. I also have a buddy who was going through all the same things as me, at the same time, same fears, same scares and I really don't know what I would have done without her.

im so sorry to hear about your mc, its so hard. i had a miscarriage at 7 weeks feb 09. It is unfortunately v common and as easy as it is for me to say now, it really doesnt mean it will happen again.

I had a missed miscarriage (9 weeks, found out at 12) 8 months before this one. So far this has been fairly problem free!

I had a MC in September at just under 6 weeks. We had been trying for 2 years and I was heartbroken. Then I got pregnant again straight away, no period in between. The first trimester was horrible because I was so sure I would lose this one too. Now we're 28 weeks and doing well!!
