I'm not big enough for maternity clothes...yet but I do need something to hide part of my belly that is starting to show between my trousers and tops. I had a bump band for my first pregnancy but it was rubbish quality and kept either riding up or rolling down so I gave up on them. Any good ones on the market now? Or is there anything else you could recommend?

This is the kind of thing I think I am looking for:

Thanks in advance :flower:

I have some from Matalan, a two pack for £8, one black, one white and they are fine :)

Yeah I need one too. One that's tight though as I'm only little! x

I bought mine from Asda, apparently they were voted the best by some baby/pregnancy thing, dunno i didnt pay too much attention it had it on the label. Any way i bought them from TopShop with my first and dont recall them being as comfy as these.

2 for £8 also, either grey and black or black and white

Edited - it was practical parenting, heres the link https://www.madeformums.com/practic...arenting-awards/pregnancy-product/3640-6.html

I bought one online from LA Belly (via Amazon), it was a bit more expensive but was an emergency pre-holiday purchase (typical, only wore it once!). Really comfy and from the leaflet in the parcel they have tons of different styles, including ones with little feet on them and amusing designs. I'm tempted to get some more but not sure when I'll wear them! They're a good size, good quality and mine will last me ages. I could probably wear it as a bandeau top it's that big!

Thanks everyone.

I'm liking the sound of the Asda ones - they look slightly longer as well. Are they a bit supportive too? The old one I had was just like t shirt material so no support in it and I want one that is kind of stretchy/supportive a little bit this time.

Thanks again for the help :)

I didn't like the New Look ones, too t shirty. I got a "Bella Band" which I think is an American brand, from Ingrid and Isabel. It was a bit more expensive, but soooooo worth it! It reminds me a bit of swimming costume material, so stretchy and holds up my trousers and is supportive and rounds my bump nicely!

Here is the link to the product: https://https://www.ingridandisabel.com/bellaband.html

And where I got it from in the UK to save on American shipping charges:

I got the black one! Wow, I sound like I work for them lol!

I find it to be if im honest and I'm a huge complainer of things that slip down. Nothing more annoying. To be fair I do find them really comfortable and they are quite tight but stretchy if you know what I mean.

When I left the shop with them I kinda expected them to be abit useless it being asda and all but yes I would definitely recommend them and a bargain too.

Xx

Excellent. I will def look for them in Asda and give them a go.

I might get the Bella Band one for more support for when I have more of an actual bump. They sound fab too. Credit card coming out again :dohh:
