poop question - sorry but need to ask.

For weeks my LO had 1 bowel movement a day - sometimes 1 every other day. But for the last few days he has been having 3-4 a day. They are normal consistancy but there is slightly less in each nappy. Is this normal or do I need to be worried? I don't think it's diarrhea as they are not runny at all and he seems fine in himself. He does have 2 teeth coming so could that be affecting him?

everything is normal unless its diarrhea or it looks black which suggests bleeding in the bowel. my lo had a stage of pooping 3 times a day and was green doc advised me that green is fine n they go however many times they need to.
