:wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko: TMI...

However. I've been having some serious bowel issues the last few weeks. Before I was pretty constipated.. but now it's super mushy and like diarrhea.. I haven't had a "normal" poo.

My diet hasn't changed much. I've added a bit more cheese and fibre in hopes to get more solid. But so far, no luck. I've tried prunes to clear me out but they didn't do anything.

I feel clogged up and internally "spongey"
Is there anything I can do to help me get more regular?
:dohh: So embarrassing lol! :shrug:

Mine are like that. It is pretty normal. It is just all the hormones racing round our bodies. Like you, my diet hasn't changed so I can rule that out.

In a few months time we will be wishing for it instead of not being able to go lol

Agreed, yogurt can do wonders. I totally feel you on the digestive issues, though. I go from super constipated for days upon days to suddenly losing it all in one fell swoop.
