Anyone else getting pops ups loading in another page when clicking on certain areas of the site ?

Clicked on the forum help & testing thread and this pop up opened in another window . I’m randomly being scrolled down to the bottom of the page too ?

It’s not my phone as it’s been scanned , showing nothing and it only happens when using the forum. No other websites

I had that happen a week or so ago! Luckily it’s not doing it now but it was every single time I clicked on something it was so annoying lol
