positive opk but can't have sex yet!! help

ok so i just got my first positive opk 2pm in afternoon!! we have bd every second day since cycle day 6. today is cycle day 14 the last time we dtd was cycle day 12.
i rung dh and he said he won't be home till really late tonight so we can do it in the morning, i know he won't be keen tonight after working all day, so now i have to wait till the morning before we can do it again. i am so worried i am going to miss my ov or not get there in time.

fingers crossed i am someone who ovulates 30-48 hours after pos opk not 12 hours

I'm in the same boat, bd'd tues, nothing wed then positive opk late thurs. Dh has been working nights and we have 2 other children so
It will be just over 24 hours from the positive that we can bd got another positive this morning but just done another that wasn't as dark. I'm hoping it's because I've been drinking lots of water.

I don't think mine was a positive now I look at it, I thought it was the same as the control line but it might just be a slight bit lighter good luck to you x
